Your videos
Nothing goes out that you have not watched and ticked. Approve it, reject it, or send it back with a note saying what to change — the note becomes the instruction for the next attempt, so write it the way you would say it out loud.
Two things worth knowing before you meet them: a tick belongs to one file, so re-rendering a shot voids it rather than carrying it over — the alternative is a "small fix" going out under yesterday's approval. And a rejection wins. Holding something back costs you a day; letting it out does not come back.
What you approve is also what the system learns your taste from, so the queue is worth going through rather than clearing.
Change plan
An upgrade takes effect today and your renewal date does not move, so you pay the difference on the time that is left. A downgrade waits for the renewal date — nothing is charged and nothing is refunded, so you keep what you have already paid for.
Top up
Credits bought here are added on top and do not expire when the period rolls over. One credit is one video up to 30s, one answer on air, or one hour of airtime — so a plan with no hours included can still go live on credits.
Colleagues
Invite somebody and choose what they may do. They work in your workspace and spend your credits — which is the point — so the two roles that cost money are separate from the one that only looks. An invitation goes to that address and nobody else's; accepting cannot widen what you gave them.
